Alex Ross

Alex Ross serves as Managing Director, Capital Markets & Investments at Decker Capital, where he leads investment strategy and acquisitions across the firm's small-bay industrial platform, spanning more than 3.2 million square feet and over $350 million in total acquisitions across the Southeast and Sun Belt. In that role, he directs the firm's capital formation efforts, including fund launches and equity capital raising alongside its institutional partners, and oversees its lender relationships and financing strategy from term sheet through closing.

Alex brings more than 15 years of experience in credit, leveraged finance, and commercial real estate to the role, including roles at Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, Moody's Investors Service, and Vibrant Capital Partners. That background gives him a disciplined, credit-driven lens on underwriting and risk, and a fluency in institutional capital markets that shapes how Decker sources and structures debt and equity across its platform. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business and lives in Aventura with his wife and three children.
