Cristin brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management including 16 years with Ram Realty Advisors. During her tenure there, she supported property operations, capital projects, tenant and investor relations, budgeting, reporting, and vendor management across a diverse portfolio. She now serves as our Property Manager for assets in Daytona Beach and Vero Beach, Florida. Her well rounded background in property management and client service, combined with her leadership, organization, and attention to detail, make her an excellent property manager and a strong addition to our team as we continue delivering high performing assets and exceptional tenant experiences.

Josh
Josh is a real estate investment professional with extensive experience across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions. Over the course of his career in real estate private equity, Josh has led cradle-to-grave execution on the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of multifamily and mixed-use properties. In addition to his equity investing background, Josh has significant experience in bespoke structured debt and high-yield lending, primarily focused on retail and industrial real estate. His work has included structuring and originating tailored financing solutions, underwriting complex credit opportunities, and actively managing loan portfolios. Josh is known for his rigorous analytical approach and deep financial modeling expertise, applying data-driven underwriting and market analysis to identify risk-adjusted opportunities and drive investment performance. He brings a disciplined, hands-on perspective that bridges detailed quantitative analysis with practical asset-level execution.
