Cristin Cursio

Cristin Cursio brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, including 16 years with Ram Realty Advisors. During her tenure there, she supported property operations, capital projects, tenant and investor relations, budgeting, reporting, and vendor management across a diverse portfolio. She now serves as our Property Manager for assets in Daytona Beach and Vero Beach, Florida. Her well-rounded background in property management and client service, combined with her leadership, organization, and attention to detail, make her an excellent property manager and a strong addition to our team as we continue delivering high-performing assets and exceptional tenant experiences.
